I. Control part:
1. The whole machine equipped with the microcomputer control.
2. The main motor 2.2kw euipped with the inverter which is
adjustable speed motor.
3. Even ink 0.75 kw motor to run ink separately.
II. The unwinding part
Double working station in unwinding.
02 pieces of 5kg /N magnetic powder braker, and with 01 pieces of
auto tension control.
3 inch air shaft axis
Simulated EPC which was in place of the photo epc so that it can
tracking the color accuracy and correct.
III. The printing part
Pneumatic lifting and lowing plate, auto lifting plate when the
machine is stopped. After that can run ink automatically. When the
machine is opening, it will make alarm to start the auto lowering
plate printing.
Bevel gear longitudinal register device.
± 20 transverse register.
The ink transmitting is made by the steel anilox and the rubber
roller, pressing scape the ink.
Adjust the ink pressure and the press printing pressure.

1. Intellegent temperature controller to control the temperature.
2. Centrifugal blower to bring the wind.
